Last but not least for this little series of mermaids made with coloured pencils : Phoebe Halliwell from Charmed 🧜🏻♀️🐚 I discovered this TV show thanks to the mermaid episode and Charmed became one of my favorite TV series as a teenager. I’m Team Piper though
